In September of 2022 Colin and Tonia Landry moved to Somers, CT to undertake a church resuscitation at Somers Baptist Church.  The church has existed since 1968 and Colin is its 7th pastor.  Before the Landrys arrived, the church had been without a senior pastor for about 2.5 years.  SBC is the only evangelical church in town.n.
